The Good The Klinge Realty Group operates like a finely tuned machine, with a very personal touch. We contacted them on a Sunday and they were talking to us about our family and our needs on our living room couch the following day. Priced to sell?
That’s quite an informative and entertaining letter. We received something as special the day after G. W. Bush was elected to his first presidential term – a solicitation for cash donation from the K.K.K. (a note sealed in a plastic baggie with a penny in it, that way it would land nicely on each driveway during drive by).
So I see only one house for sale at Bressi which is not pending. Can I “swing” by to comfort her?

My new theory: The letter was distributed by some other “mean girl” rival to discredit the party named as the author, and make her the object of scorn and ridicule.
