With Torrey Pines edging Uni High in Irvine, Carmel Valley is now right in the bullseye of Asian parents everywhere.
There have been rumblings about the U.S. News and World Report school rankings.
On the surface they didn’t really go into how they rank the schools. San Marcos has an 857 API and Carlsbad has an 840 – look where they ranked.
