I wonder if buyers are going elsewhere as prices continue to rise?
They should build a bullet train from s cal to phx. It would be good for both states. Its about a 5.5 hr drive to gt to phx from san diego. I’m sure that could be cut down to < 2hrs.
I use to fly out of n cali to phx for 134.00 roundtrip back around 2004. The price of flights is a joke now so I have been driving a lot.
