If you don’t mind a project and some traffic, this 4-bedroom one-story on a decent lot might be for you – at least you don’t back to the freeway:

Strange the MLS listing only has 1 photo, thanks for your video so we can see what it looks like. Master bathroom would be challenging with no tub and sinks in bedroom. Decent buy for Del Mar, have seen much worse at this price.

If it sells at the lower end of the range then it is an ok price. If it gets sold at the top of the range I am not sure it is. 729,000 to 800,000 is a wide range. Why are they doing that?

    Because everyone else does it.

There is no leadership in the realtor community, so agents just copy what they see others doing.

If they don’t trust themselves on price, then the big range is the answer.

Everyone has their booties box now, and includes in their confidential remarks to turn off the lights and lock the doors.

And don’t get me started on how the MLS remarks all sound the same.

But not everyone has a JTR kick ass blog!

Brutally honest answer and I love it.

    We need more like JTR.
