Lights south of Salton Sea are El Centro and Calexico. The line running east-west just off the solar panel is the Mexican border cutting off the lights to the south. Below the 2nd solar panel is Yuma and nearby towns where the AZ/Mx border shifts to the S-SW. Nice pic…
