There aren’t many panoramic views better than from the Rock House, and rarely are they for sale.
For those who are thinking of building out the ultimate trophy property, take a look:

I can see the potential of building on top of the existing walls, which could be used either as part of the foundation for the new home, or at least as a decorative wall if it isn’t solid enough to support a home. The less rocks you need to move, the better.
Now the question is what to build on top of that, and how to landscape the area so that it all blends in nicely. It can be done. It’s just a matter of figuring out what will look best in the area.
Jim, is the land already serviced by the local utilities? Or will there be extra charges to bring in electricity, water and sewage?
If I had a million dollars… Can’t argue with that view, but there’s a lot of work to be done.
So what happened to Hans? Did he pass on? Also, I would think he’d give away the architect’s plans hoping for it’s completion to the new owner.
Backstory please!
No, Hans is still around – came back from Hungary a few months ago.
The eventual buyer is going to be forced to start over with plans, permits, etc. I’m not sure Hans’ vision will be realized, but whatever gets built will be spectacular!
