Here’s a sample of a video from the other site. A normal house in a popular area on the hill between I-5 and El Camino Real north of Leucadia Blvd., just west of the golf course.
The house itself has some positives – ocean view, one-story plan, 1/4-acre lot and no monthly fees.
But we’re still trying to figure out the price:
Hopefully, the tree can be sold. It would be a shame to cut it down. It’s in excellent shape.
As for the house, it is VERY dated. It’ll definitely need a lot of upgrades just to push it into the current century. In its current state, it’s way overpriced.

Good idea for the other side of your site. Always have to distinguish between the ‘lookers’ and the ‘clients’ when it comes to actually earning a living.
