They are happy to report a panoramic ocean view, and conveniently say nothing about the freeway, ensuring that when the lookers show up there is instant disappointment.
Agents never consider the disappoinment factor – they think they should only mention the positives, and leave out the negatives and hope people don’t notice.

Good going Jim. Glad you figured out the key to getting the good REO’s to come your way. Thanks for the low end stats a while back too.

Adding my sincere congratulations to the gang, Jim! *Chuckle* Your recent acquisition of a certain tiny “Hot Wheels” ice cream truck must have been a contributing factor to your Carmel REO success… (NOT!)
Congrats on your first CV REO, Jim. Well deserved.
Ornament displayed prominently. LOL.
Like the marines…….take care of business. HAHA.
Oh, I’ve seen ratty. I mean places w/real rats. This place looks good. Tell us what the LP is.
Party is over
Green carpet, yellow and blue walls. Might need a paint job.
You should do stand up.
Congrats on your CV REO listing!!
It’s about time!
I hope there are many more!
