Nice home and great value at 6931 Amber Lane. It would be almost impossible to find that huge of a view in a new home with what appears to be a 4-car garage!
There were two negatives which seem small in comparison to the view and price. The school district (scores aren’t really lower) and also it appeared to be a “T intersection.”
If the home were available with traditional financing instead of all cash at the auction, it would cause me take a serious look at it.
