This is a bit misleading. You can’t even get a lot on 30A for $200K. But if you are ok with being 30A adjacent, you might find something close. And yes, he is right, they are some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. ????????
I would prefer my beach to not be under constant, annual threat of a catastrophic hurricane.
