    This is a bit misleading. You can’t even get a lot on 30A for $200K. But if you are ok with being 30A adjacent, you might find something close. And yes, he is right, they are some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. 🙌🏼

    I would prefer my beach to not be under constant, annual threat of a catastrophic hurricane.

    but hey, that’s just me.
