One of my favorites. Still going strong. They play the Canyon Club in these parts.
I saw them at the Cow Palace in the Bay Area in 1983 and at the Belly Up about 15 years ago. Ranking Roger surprised the group and just showed up and walked onto to the stage. He went through the front doors of the Belly Up and jumped on stage. Everyone was shocked because they had already played about 2 songs. The place went nuts and the band was super shocked because he surprised them and they blew it out that night. Super fun night. Felt like I was 18 again! Watch your wives and girlfriends because Dave will try and swoop in on them because the ladies remember him in their mind when was young and skinny.

We are lucky to have them! And X, Los Lobos, Beat Farmers….all are still playing there too!
