Do you have any intel on the Toll Brothers lot(s) that has been sitting/fenced off/growing weeds West of I-5 at LaCosta Ave? There is a small sign up with their name on it and it just says no construction access…there is nothing on their www in regards to it, but I’m sure they will be $2-3M and up I’m guessing
