OMG this is the early 2000s “Bomber” defined.
I’d propose a new metric. Hallways per total square feet. The sad part is there is little you can do to recover those hundreds of square feet of living space given over to hamster trails.
If I were the seller. Scrape the backyard. I’d bet a blank slate would command a greater price than having to deal with all those dot dot dot features.
Sorry for a second comment but “Gated” is a huge attraction to a subset of the qualified buyer cohort.
I never understood “gated” as needing a gate was almost an admission of being in a neighborhood where you weren’t comfortable.
