Cities? Surely Metro Areas. Santa Barbara as a city is ~90k population. Even as a CMSA only 450,000. Number 11 on this list has them bleeding profusely compared to much larger 10 Denver and 12 Seattle. And then “Northern California” and “South Florida.” Both bigger than most States.
