I am surprised at both “change in marital status” and “cheaper” being so large. I am also surprised that commute time is not more prominent.
The “move in county” percentages are much higher than I would have guessed. We have big azz counties in California. You could travel from Ventura to Needles (300+ miles) in three counties. That distance on the old East Coast, however, would be closer to 100.
