    The train noise is HORRIBLE right there but keep in mind in the next 2-3 years all RR crossings will be quiet zones in Encinitas.

    It’s part of the downtown ambience!

    Besides, after a long night at Shelter and the new resident is half in the bag, he won’t mind a horn on his walk home – might save his life!
