I know that property, good for them! Nice cash out. CBad…aka Carlsbad is going off recently and finally being recognized as one of the best coastal locations in SO CA. Family friendly town with businesses hotels, beaches, golf, tourism, car sales, shopping+ cash sales base + tax revenue. When CA runs out of water (we have a state of the art saline to fresh water plant) and electricity ( we have our new andnown plant that replaced the old school one…) we can generate it here and maybe just keep it here.
