And if it sells for 10% less than asking….see? See? CRASHING! It’s like government budgets. Agency X asks for an increase of 15% over the previous year and it gets 5% instead and screams WE JUST GOT A DRACONIAN CUT of 10%!!! PEOPLE WILL DIE!!! And more than half of the country falls for it.
