Hello Contest entrants – today’s count of January listings is 176, which means when we take the final tally on Feb. 15th, it should be in the 185-195 range.
I bet we continue to see more than expected number of sales.
1. Limited Supply hasn’t changed
2. Buyers are watching rates continue to go up responding to fed hikes
3. Sellers are becoming more willing to deal with the uncertainty of the future market
Net is that both Buyers and Sellers are motivated.
