    Wow- this makes me really appreciate Leucadia. It seems like we have more and more spread out properties here unlike Carlsbad where you’re at and Cardiff by the Sea are used to think it was junky here but now I absolutely love it

    all of these new units will be short term rentals.

    Everyone has ebikes these days so parking should only be a problem for those foolish enough to drive.
