When I read your title I got really excited but than I realized these are just condos. Very overpriced ones
4-story. yuck. luxury apartments and condos. yuck. rentals. yuck.
What’s there to like? Excessive heights. No parking. No additional water supplies to make up for the increased density. Milk it for all it’s worth!

It used to be nice to drive down Carlsbad Village and see blue skies and ocean views. Now, with high rises going up everywhere there’s congestion and all you see are huge blocks of cement. Carlsbad is losing its charm. As long a realtors need more products to sell, I can see the marketing going from quaint ocean tourist town to gimmicky cheesy car lifts.
