The list price here was $2,180,000, and it took 42 days to find the winner – who settled for a 3.5% discount.  The final sales price was $2,102,000:

    I live nearby. The jets aren’t that bad. I know someone who lives in the flight path of Montgomery Field, and that’s much worse, IMO. The planes are a lot louder out of Miramar, but planes out of Montgomery are constant. (Montgomery also seems to have more accidents!)
