There’s nothing wrong with a normal market – just because it’s not as insane everywhere as it was six months ago doesn’t mean it’s not a steady strong regular market that benefits everyone:

    I surprised that the HOA allows flags that are of a “partisan” nature. I.E. country flags are OK, but having one endorsing a particular person would not be ok, regardless of the person.

    I would ask to take down as well, you are going to piss off pretty much half of your potential buyers.
