It’s interesting that this same home buying insanity (thousands, tens of thousands, etc. over list) is happening in several countries around the world. Not just here in the United States.
I guess that there’s so few places left to earn some semblance of a return on your money, that people are plowing it into assets like real estate.
After all, you can’t build anything out of a virtual currency like bitcoin. Might as well cash it out and buy physical stuff with it! Same with high flying tech stocks.
That plus central banks around the world colluding with each other to keep interest rates around the world at all time lows and keep purchasing bonds! QE to infinity and beyond!
