    California, that place is so crowded nobody goes there anymore.

    Meh, they cited a bunch of dying old tech companies leaving and had a handful of small business people they couldn’t hack it here.

    Your reports of 50 showings in a weekend and a dozen offers with prices being bid way up says a lot more than this nonsense does
