   Perfection. Is that a nice butter glaze on top for the golden look?

   Forget the rules. 475° 90 minutes full foil. Butter rub as you surmised then 350° breast foil and wingtips only. Last hour no foil and a basting or two. The marshmallow yams and scalloped potatoes probably lower the oven temps 25° while in the oven with the bird at the end.

   Remember to let the bird sit 10 minutes before carving.
