I read this today and it sounds like the good Dr mailed this one in. Could it be even the Dr has changed his or her tune? The Dr has been forecasting the end of times for real estate for the past 10 yrs. and so far these predictions have missed the mark badly.
I do miss reading the real homes of genius profiles.
