There’s nothing wrong with a regular VG donut!

Mrs Dawg reminds me. No tub = no deal.

One of the traditions that refuses to die!

Never heard of VG Donuts. Quick Google search and now I’m really hungry!!! Great looking house! But really, how many times does a tub actually get used in the 21st century? We’ve been in our new house two years now and tub is untouched. Previous house in Phoenix had a tub and after 17 years, we only used maybe once!

    Tubs are overrated! 🙂

ours is just a giant dust collector. the tub was not included in our master bath remodel.

    just some guy-

I was thinking of similarly not including a tub in our masterbath remodel, but worry that it might severely impact eventual resale (see rob, above).

Were you able to gather information (or JtR) on no bath in the masterbath impact?

    thanks

I don’t know about ‘severly’ but there will be impact.

You gotta bathe the grandbabies somewhere, and adding a tub looks like a big enough hassle that I could see potential buyers passing on a house that doesn’t have one.

My distaste for tubs is fairly well known, but I got one at my house!

But I don’t think it is mandatory to have one in the master bath – just somewhere in the house.
