Had to look up the location. Were it west of I-5 in the village/barrio, we could’ve expected it to be sold already with plans filed for a four story box that has 10 feet of clearance around the whole monstrosity! (Oh, and no parking provided).
I wonder if they could tear down that greenhouse and build a granny flat?
