This is the first large-scale cinematic movie I’ve seen done by a San Diego realtor, and it’s inevitable that all the high-end listings will have to step it up. Hat tip to Richard for sending this in!

This is the video from the previous listing agent if you want to see more of the house:

I’ve seen the house and it is a spectacular masterpiece for those who need 22,000sf. The parties you could throw!
Give me the short version any day. You can actually see some of the amazing features and finishes of this beautiful house and grounds, instead of being subjected to a plethora of product placement ads and a relational meltdown in a poorly defined premise.
Wow! I didn’t get the Iron Man reference until a few mins into this short film. Wonder if Disney/Marvel will have issues with this? But, what an amazing compound for someone that has the Tony Stark persona as well as pocket book!
Put $40 mil into bonds, around $1 million a year in interest. Buy a house every year in every city for rest of your life. Get tired of a house, sell it, buy a new one in a jiffy. And your $40 mil is still where you left it. Good luck selling a $40 mil house in a jiffy.
