Virtual staging improves the buyer’s first impression of an online listing, but there will be some natural letdown when they get to the home and find it’s not exactly what they thought.
But you have to get them there to have a shot at selling:

But, I could see where some buyers might be turned off when they see vibrant, green, manicured lawns in the edited pictures and when they go see it in real life it’s all dead grass! LOL!
Or if you have a downtown condo and they edit out all the homeless people and tents, only to realize that you’ve been duped.
Bait and switch? False advertising?
