    US Population Clock says if you’d like to reside near the ocean, it’s time to buy, don’t be too choosy, and if you have the means, purchase rental properties now.
    Btw, the majority of the Cali population is under 18. Most won’t attend or finish college, and they’ll be needing a place to rent to put their stuff soon enough.
    If an effective wall were built tomorrow, it wouldn’t be able to mitigate what’s already been allowed to happen. Do the numbers, and place your bets.
