I enjoyed living in that neighborhood. It’s kept up well, and has private backyards with views. If I were to return to Carlsbad I would definitely consider buying there again.
Comment nice place, a bit high on price, I would say more like 700-715 but a solid buy if you can get in, at 700K with 20% down that would make the mortgage almost tax proof at 540K….
