Are you sure you don’t mean prop 64? 4,000 square feet could grow a lot of high grade medicine – but it could only house a dozen or so pop 57 non-violent parolees.
This spot is probably too close to town for non-violent parolees, but there should be higher-density housing alternative available here.
This is ideal for a tent-city or equivalent. It is 15 acres for pete’s sake, certainly 10-20 people could co-habitable here without much notice.
