    Bazinga! “Lower the price!

    Nothing motivates buyers more than lowering the price! Ugly wall paper? Outdated kitchen/bath (40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s era)? Either fix it yourself and bring your OPT into the 21st century or lower the price and reflect that your OPT needs a lot of work and buyers will be more willing to buy it and then fix it up to their liking!

    What we have is a Mexican standoff.

    Buyers are not compelled to offer more on an OPT….sellers under no pressure to sell…..rates going nowhere. Yet, everyone wants to make a deal. So who blinks first?!?
