Love these kind of videos, Jim!

And Q: Have you ever seen-in your 30+ years of experience-a home sold at auction and then the seller essentially has “disappears”. He hasn’t returned phone calls since the auction. He had originally said he was moving to FL.

The auction company sold all his furniture before the 2/12 auction, and now the house is essentially “abandoned” with a notice on the door.

Rumor has he owes over $200K to the bank. And I don’t know if the new buyers lost their “non-refundable” 5% buyers premium back in February when they made their bid at the auction I attended. Waiting to see if it will go into foreclosure.

This actually happened in my soon-to-be former neighborhood. Never seen anything like this in real estate land. How about you?

No but there is a new scam every day!

Crazy how the rules were changed to allow banks to keep losses of the books and just let these homes sit vacant or allow owners to live rent/mortgage free for years and years.

Meanwhile, people actually able to buy and make monthly payments get nothing but overpriced turkeys!
