Both the wife and I work remotely. We’ve done the work while driving thing several times on the way up to Sacramento. Unfortunately she gets carsick if focused on her computer for too long.
It’s going to be interesting when one of the big car makers decides to go all in on self driving tech. I know fords can steer for you in cruise control to stay in the lane and Dodge can automatically control how close you are to the car in front while in cruise control. Mash the two together and you have a car that will drive by itself on the highway.
Also most new cars being build have wifi capabilities built in.
Brave new world is right around the corner.
