As good as twitter gets right here: Meet the Chicago-area man behind the hilarious Super 70s Sports Twitter account: 'I poke fun. It's a little profane. But I think it's good-hearted' https://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/ct-spt-super-70s-sports-ricky-cobb-20190223-story.html
I am an active realtor working the street so most of the time the reality is stranger than fiction these days. But you could probably say that it's been like that since the beginning in 2005. Thanks for asking.

Realtor.com should have started with upgrading their site to compete with Zillow, then go with the marketing blast.
Realtor.com doesn’t have:
Estimated value of home (several sites offer that now besides the zestimate)
Recent sales nearby
School info
Map on primary page (have to click out to new window)
They only have the listing agent advertised though!
The problem is that the NAR “model” doesn’t benefit from full disclosure. They NEED to chage to remain relevant.
They could start by remitting your fine for a fuzzy video sweep past your street sign fine eight years ago.
I doubt I’m the only one that feels this way, Jim, but for the record, I feel it’s imperative I say: I cringed at both those realtor.com ads…
Realtor.com ranks organically #1 on google for the search terms:
realtor
and
real estate
You would think that would give them a nice advantage over zillow online, it is impressive how much more traffic zillow generates than them.
