Range pricing, Jim? Did you get forced into that?
I try it once a year to see if there is anything new to learn about range pricing.
Do I have to say it? “Facepalm.”
What would you do with a purchase offer that came in with “$600,000 to $624,000”? You’d reject it out of hand.
I’d try to make something of it but I’m in the very small minority. Virtually all listing agents around here are riding a high horse and think their job is to beat buyer agents into submission – even if it means no sale.
