I agree, this seems like a screaming deal if you factor in the structures and land values. Even if you split 229 acres by 18 that would be 12 acre lots each. Seems like you could sell each for 1 mill especially if they’re all zoned for horses.
I thought Bill Gates said at one time he wasn’t going to spoil his kids or leave them too much!!!!! Normal kids might get a pony … she gets 229 acres in Ranch Santa Fe … lucky kid!!
