I do not think the realm of what is happening in San Diego is readily apparent. The Chinese are in full force buying up at any price good school district homes – and Carmel Valley is HIGH on their list – IF NOT ONLY on their list. The Chinese shopping traffic at local stores has tripled in the last 3 years too.
