The ‘market’ tends to ebb and flow with the amount of inventory, and for buyers on the lower-end it has been a real struggle over the last couple of years. On the other hand, if you are a buyer in the Over-$2,400,000 category, you have a leisurely 11-month supply of homes to consider, and it would probably take you that long to see them all!
