The gap in both average square feet and price per sf between $1.4-2.4m and $2.4m+ is astounding.
Full disclosure; I justified a flat screen by saying it freed up more than $2000 worth of square footage in my humble abode but $1000/sf territory just boggles. A fish tank sitting on $10,000 of real estate? Taxes running $130/yr on same? Wow.
