I think we can consider this block as one of the better spots in Del Mar Heights, and an example of how a having no backyard can be mitigated – go for a walk down the street:

    I rank improvements in order thus:

    Cosmetic
    Lifestyle
    Functional
    Structural

    This needs a few lifestyle improvements like the closet system. The dated kitchen is probably only cosmetic. Definitely a low maintenance property. You know I have a personal preference for cul-de-sac but I didn’t get a good sense of garage and driveway capacity. If it is only a straight up 2 car then a lot of empty nest types with visions of hobbies are going to feel cramped.

    you forgot to highlight the sweet deck off the master that is perfect for jumping into the pool.
