This needs a few lifestyle improvements like the closet system. The dated kitchen is probably only cosmetic. Definitely a low maintenance property. You know I have a personal preference for cul-de-sac but I didn’t get a good sense of garage and driveway capacity. If it is only a straight up 2 car then a lot of empty nest types with visions of hobbies are going to feel cramped.
