   The tile is too light and there is too much of it. Need to break it up some how. Also the lights in the bathroom over the vanites are those cheap standard ones. That is an easy fix and makes place look fancier. Also some paint downstairs would make it look better. Solid white throughout is kind of boring. whoever is selling this place didn’t put to much thought into unloading it.
