you’re right….this house is like the Lakers: One hot mess!!
I’m more of trapezoid guy, myself.
Ron Burgundy wants to know if the house smells like rich mahogany and if it has many leather bound books.
This house might appeal to the well heeled hipster.

I really like this place but my favorite TV show is Miami Vice.
Would be very difficult to get family approval.
The problem with this house is the amount of money you can get from the seller by waiting them out on price is the exact same amount of money someone will demand from you when you try to sell.
