You guys need to find something in the 92008 hood for me and do a remodel! This area is prime pickens for resale, might be a challenge finding the right fixer to start the project though and not within a mega noise zone next to I-5

I could sell my Aviara home and move walkable to Carlsbad High for my son for the next 4 years.
That was a good deal at 370k last summer for the flipper. If he added square footage for the master suite I’m sure he spent >100k. I was looking at a lot listed in MLS right there on Highland a few months ago. I love that area too.
