We contacted them on a Sunday and they were talking to us about our family and our needs on our living room couch the following day. They carefully listened to us and worked with us to identify the best and quickest path to listing within 2 weeks to take advantage of the low inventory conditions in our South Carlsbad neighborhood. Kinda cool. I like it. Especially the rotunda, I think it’s really a super smart move, and it has great curb appeal; even with the overgrown landscape.
Compared to some of the listings I’m forced to wade through, it’s not bad. Many of those things can be fixed, but it shows years, possibly decades of neglect on the outside. Who knows what kind of condition the unseen portions of the house are in? Fools rush in where wise men never go.
Some people just shouldn’t be homeowners.
