Its a nice place. Especially, the kitchen. Location is great.
But I think all the upgrades overstate the property. Also, the hoa fee is a non starter. Have you ever been in a dumpy neighborhood and someone drives out of the garage with a nice Mercedes? I get that feeling.
Also, the dual master thing is not what many people will be looking for.
I bet it will sell easily, though.

Not a fan of all marble floors…the museum is not where I want to live.
Kitchen’s granite is “blochy”…I like a consistent pattern not big bloches.
Location…blah.

Nice kitchen. Dramatic use of stone through out. Seems over the top on the video. Probably will sell quickly, but probably will appeal to a limited number of people.

The owner took a lot of risks, that’s for sure. I’ve seen plenty of granite from countertop to the cabinets, that’s a nice look. But granite from the floor up to the counter? That’s a first and may turn some people off.

Yeah. This place is more appropriate as a pharaoh’s tomb than as a condo.

I like it a lot…of course I’m in the under 40 crowd. He only has to sell it to one person. Would you guys prefer builder basic white tile everywhere?
Very bold and confident use of granite in the interior design. I like it.
Sweet place, should sell pretty quickly.
Eh, a little weird and will date quickly. I like everything but the baths and kitchen, but that’s a huge, expensive percentage of the place.
Nice listing, they must have put 100k into the stone/granite bath, kitchens. $400 month HOA, is there a pool? Gym? Garaged parking?
1-car garage, 1 uncovered space, + birds.
